2024 OFFICIAL FIGHT REALM MMA COMPETITION (“PROMOTION”)

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Acceptance: Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Applicable Rules: The Fight Realm MMA Tipping Guidelines (“Rules”) apply, except where inconsistent with these terms and conditions. The Rules are available on the Fight Realm website.
  3. Promoter: Fight Realm Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) manages this competition.
  4. Promotion Period: The Promotion will be open from listed competition “Start Date” to list competition “End Date” on the competition landing page, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
  5. Data Collection: By entering, participants agree that personal information collected in the sign-up process will be used by Fight Realm Pty Ltd for competition management and marketing.

2. HOW TO ENTER

  1. Eligibility: Open to residents aged 12 and over in eligible regions (specify regions if limited). Parental consent is required for participants under 18.
  2. Entry Requirements:
    • Participants must create an account on the Fight Realm website.
    • Register for the current Fight Realm MMA Competition (“Game”).
    • Only one entry per person and email address will be accepted.

3. GAMEPLAY

  1. Game Modes: Participants can engage in different modes:
    • Fantasy MMA: Predict the winners, round, method and bonus awards of fights within events that fall withing competition start and end date.
  2. Scoring and Ranking: Points are awarded for correct predictions, with bonus points for varying combinations.
  3. Point rewards are listed on each competition landing page

4. PRIZES

  1. Prize Structure: Prizes vary from competition to competition and individual prizes are listed on the competition landing page
  2. Prize Value: Unless otherwise stipulated all prizes listed are in AU (Australian Dollars)
  3. Sequential Prizes: If the prize structure is based on sequential performance, the prize will be divided among the tied participants based on the number of places they would have otherwise earned if ranked consecutively.
  4. Non-Sequential Prizes: If the prize is not based on sequential performance, the prize will be split equally among the tied participants.
